The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”) is an Act that is passed by the Malaysian government to regulate the processing of personal data in a commercial transaction. To comply with the Act, iMotorbike World Sdn Bhd (“we” or “us” or “our” or “iMotorbike”) are required to manage the personal data that we collect from you. To this end, we are committed in ensuring the confidentiality, protection, security and accuracy of your personal data made available to us. It is your obligation to ensure that all personal data submitted to us and retained by us are accurate, not misleading, updated and complete in all aspects. For the avoidance of doubt, in acquiring our Products and/or Services, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the statements and terms herein. We and/or the Group and/or its employees or authorized officers or agents shall not be responsible for any personal data submitted by you to us that is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete and not updated.

Notice of Collection
1. In providing you with our Products and/or Services from time to time (“Products and/or Services”) and to enable us to operate in an efficient and effective manner, we may have collected, processed and stored or will need to collect, process and store relevant personal data from you either manually or through this website in the course of your present or future dealings with us, our joint venture partners and collaborators including all of their shareholder(s), director(s), employee(s), supplier(s), contractor(s) and/or its permitted person(s) (collectively, “Our Partners”).

  3. Your original Vehicle Registration Card or original Vehicle Ownership Certificate, vehicle pictures (which may include the Vehicle Registration Number Plate), any letters evidencing full settlement of loan and/or outstanding hire purchase loan statement.
  4. Your images and photos.
  5. Details, information and contact particulars of relatives or related parties.
  6. Information in connection with our Products and/or Services which you may have purchased from us or registered your interest with us for purchase, enquiry, updates, and/or any other information.
  7. Your network usage data and other information gathered automatically by our computer systems, including your computer IP address, links visited, and other activities conducted online or using our computer systems.
  8. Any other personal data required from you for the Purposes.
3. The Personal Data may be disclosed, disseminated and/or transferred to companies within the iMotorbike Group (including the holding company, subsidiaries, associated, related and affiliated companies as well as their subsidiaries, associated and affiliated companies, both local and international), whether present or future (collectively, “the Group”) or to any third party organizations or persons for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations to you in respect of the Purposes and all such other purposes that are related to the Purposes and also in providing integrated services, maintaining and storing records.

1. You may request access to or correction of your personal data, enquire about your data, or withdraw consent for retention, subject to applicable laws.
