We provide an alternative approach for acquiring a motorcycle from us through our 'Trade-In' program. This involves bringing in your current motorcycle and swapping it for one in our inventory. The prices of both motorcycles will be recalculated accordingly, whereby should your motorcycle hold a higher value than the one in our inventory, we will issue a payment to you. Conversely, if the situation is reversed, adjustments will be made.

Do I need to do an online booking?

We highly recommend making an online booking due to the high demand for our motorcycles. This will help secure your preferred model for a period of six (6) days, preventing potential interest from other customers. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will you charge me for my online booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, fee of RM500 will be applied for your online reservation. We accept payment through credit card, debit card, or online transfer.

Is there a limited time for the online booking agreement?

Accepted Answer

The validity of the online booking agreement extends for a period of six (6) days. Should this duration be surpassed without completing the purchase or providing any updates, the RM500 fee will be refunded back to you.

What if I want to cancel my online booking?

You can inform the sales representative about your cancellation within six (6) days from the booking date, and the booking sum will be refunded to you.

Is it possible to purchase the motorcycles through loan?

Yes, we accept loan payment for our product purchase. We use AEON Credit and Chailease loan for the transactions if need be.

How can I apply for loan payment?

Accepted Answer

Firstly, you must be between the ages of 18 and 65 before applying for the loan. Secondly, loan application is only valid for Malaysian citizens only. Documents to bring if you are employed: - Identification card (IC) or passport - Payslip (3 months) - Bank statement (3 months) OR EPF statement - The employment period must be at least 6 months. Documents to bring if you are self-employed; - SSM document (full set) - Bank statement (6 months) - The business must be running for at least one year. The monthly gross income must be at least RM1200.00. (Our loan providers may request for additional documents upon review of the loan application)

How long does it take for my loan application to get approved?

You have two options for obtaining your motorcycle from us: Self-collection: You will be required to personally come to the respective showroom and pick it up. iMotorbike drop-off: We offer delivery services throughout Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. The delivery cost is contingent on the distance, so please note that additional charges may apply. Note: If you prefer to use your own courier for delivery, you will need to make the necessary arrangements. However, we can provide assistance with packaging upon request. Please be aware that this is considered a special request and may incur extra charges.

Autopay is when money is automatically deducted every month from your account to pay your loan. It is done in order to ensure payments are issued on time and hassle-free. You will need to provide your debit card or online banking details to set up autopay using AEON Credit or Chailease.

How does iMotorbike Warranty work?

Your motorcycle's warranty coverage for the engine, gearbox, and ECU depends on its iM Certified grade: up to 12 months for Certified Premium and Certified motorcycles, up to 6 months for Certified-Lite motorcycles, and no warranty (N/A) for As-Is motorcycles — commencing from the delivery date of the motorcycle. This policy is exclusively applicable to the Buyer who maintains complete ownership, possession, and authority over the motorcycle throughout the entirety of the aforementioned period.

What happens to the ownership status after I buy my motorcycle?

iMotorbike will assist you with the ownership exchange process at the branch of your choice after confirming your purchase. This means you won't need to visit the JPJ office to initiate a name change file. However, if you're not a Malaysian citizen, you will be required to visit the JPJ office to accept the ownership transfer before picking up the motorcycle.

How will I receive my ownership transfer slip?

You may print the VOC / Geran of the motorcycle upon the purchase of the motorcycle at any JPJ office or kiosk which will subject to JPJ printing fees. Otherwise, in the event you are a Malaysian citizen, you may check your MyJPJ app to refer to the digital VOC / Geran.
