iMOTORBIKE EXPRESS REPAIR

Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 17 November 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Express Repair service ("Subscription") offered by iMotorbike Sdn. Bhd. ("iMotorbike", "we", "our", or "us") to eligible customers. By subscribing to and utilizing the Express Repair service, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms herein.

1. Subscription Eligibility

1.1
The Subscription shall only be available exclusively to individuals who have subscribed to the Express Repair service directly from iMotorbike.
1.2
The Subscription shall be tied to both the registered motorcycle and the Customer.
1.3
The respective motorcycle registered under this Subscription shall not be modified, altered or otherwise dealt with in any way that affects its original condition, its engine, gearbox and/or electronic control unit (ECU).
1.4
For Customers with motorcycles not purchased from iMotorbike, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to complete and submit any forms, documentation or otherwise provide information required by iMotorbike for the purpose of verification and approval of the Subscription eligibility by iMotorbike.
1.5
iMotorbike shall have the final and unequivocal right to determine the eligibility of any respective motorcycle under the Subscription.

2. Subscription Details

2.1
The Subscription shall be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation ("the Subscription Period").
2.2
The annual fee is Ringgit Malaysia Ninety-Nine (RM 99.00) Only.
2.3
The Subscription shall be:
a)
Non-refundable under any circumstances;
b)
Non-transferable to another person or vehicle; and
c)
Non-extendable unless renewed upon expiry.

3. Service Activation and Availability

3.1
Activation of the Subscription shall be deemed complete upon confirmation of payment receipt from iMotorbike.
3.2
The Services (as defined below herein) under the Subscription shall only be made available to the Customer starting after one (1) calendar day upon the successful activation of the Subscription.
3.3
Notwithstanding Clause 3.1, in the event the respective motorcycle was purchased from iMotorbike, the Services under the Subscription shall be made available to the Customer immediately upon the physical handover of the motorcycle to the Customer.
3.4
Subject to Clause 3.3, no Services shall be rendered on the same day of activation.

4. iMotorbike's Obligations

4.1
iMotorbike shall:
a)
Provide repair services in accordance with the scope, coverage area, and limitations set out in these Terms;
b)
Respond to valid service requests during operating hours, subject to mechanic availability and safe working conditions;
c)
Disclose any replacement parts or replenishable pricing and obtain the Customer's approval before installation or change of parts;
d)
Maintain accurate service records including photos, timestamps, and payment confirmations;
e)
Provide basic customer support and communicate any changes to these Terms via the Customer's registered contact details.

5. Grounds for Service Denial

5.1
iMotorbike reserves the right to deny any of the Services to the Customer under the following circumstances:
a)
The Customer does not hold an active and valid subscription;
b)
The motorcycle falls outside the eligibility scope, defined service scope, geographic coverage or coverage time;
c)
The service location presents an unsafe working condition according to iMotorbike;
d)
The Customer refuses to complete any required forms or provide accurate information in relation to the Services;
e)
Payment for any required parts or materials is not received or no proof of payment of any required parts or materials is sent to iMotorbike.

6. Service Inclusions

6.1
During the Subscription Period, the following services shall be provided free of additional charge, with unlimited usage during the Subscription Period:
a)
On-site mechanical labor for minor repairs;
b)
Telephone-based troubleshooting support;
c)
On-site inspection within the scope of covered repairs;
d)
Basic diagnostics for common minor issues;

(hereinafter referred to as "the Services")
6.2
Examples of Covered Issues (labor only):
a)
Tire puncture repair;
b)
Battery jumpstart or replacement assistance (battery cost not included);
c)
Chain tightening or replacement (chain cost not included);
d)
Brake servicing (pads/fluid cost not included);
e)
CVT belt inspection and minor adjustments;
f)
Minor lighting or wiring issues; and
g)
Basic fuel system unclogging.
6.3
Coverage of the Services
a)
Geographic Coverage: Limited to within a 50km drivable distance from any iMotorbike showroom in Malaysia.
b)
Services Coverage Time: Daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (last service request at 11:00 PM).

7. Service Exclusions

7.1
The Subscription shall not cover:
a)
Cost of spare parts or consumables;
b)
Major repairs including but not limited to engine, electronic control unit, gearbox, advanced electrical components, or full diagnostics; and
c)
Any service request made outside of the service scope or coverage radius or outside of the service coverage time.

8. One-Time Rescue Service

8.1
Customers without an active Express Repair Annual Subscription may request a one-time rescue service from iMotorbike at a flat rate of Ringgit Malaysia Forty-Nine Only (RM 49) per incident ("the One-Time Rescue Service").
8.2
The One-Time Rescue Service covers one (1) same-day dispatch only, from the time the request is confirmed by iMotorbike.
8.3
The service shall always be subject to the same service scope, coverage area, and exclusions outlined in Clauses 3 and 4 of these Terms.
8.4
The RM 49 fee shall only cover labor only; whereby replacement parts, if required, will be charged separately in accordance with Clause 5.
8.5
Payment for the One-Time Rescue Service shall be made in full as per the payment methods outlined in Clause 7 prior to mechanic dispatch.
8.6
Apart from the terms stated in this Clause 6, any request for the One-Time Rescue Service shall always be subject to any terms, requirements or conditions herein.

9. Parts and Replacement Policy

9.1
All replacement parts must be sourced and supplied solely by iMotorbike.
9.2
Customers are strictly prohibited from providing their own parts for use.
9.3
Pricing for any replacement of parts or top-up of any replenishable items shall be disclosed in advance of installation.
9.4
The Customer must provide explicit verbal and/or written consent to proceed with any replacement of parts and/or replenishable top-up and/or other related charges.

10. Payment Terms

10.1
Payment for the Subscription shall be via cashless payment only, whereby accepted payment methods shall be the following:
a)
DuitNow;
b)
GrabPay;
c)
Touch 'n Go eWallet; or
d)
Instant bank transfer to iMotorbike's designated account.
10.2
Customers shall be required to present proof of successful payment to iMotorbike before the subscription is activated and any repair is completed or formally closed. For avoidance of doubt, any instance of expiry or non-activation of the Subscription shall exclude any motorbike from any of the Services disclosed herein.

11. Customer Obligations

11.1
The Customer shall:
a)
Provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of request of any Services;
b)
Complete any required digital service form prior to iMotorbike's mechanic dispatch;
c)
Acknowledge and approve pricing related to parts and materials before any commencement of any of the Services;
d)
Ensure the motorcycle is safely accessible for on-site service.

12. Service Documentation and Disputes

12.1
All repairs shall be digitally recorded with photographs, timestamps, and digital forms or in any other form as required by iMotorbike.
12.2
Any service checklist and payment confirmation shall be retained for verification and quality control as per iMotoribike's internal data retention policies.
12.3
Any service-related dispute or complaint must be submitted to iMotorbike in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of repair completion. For avoidance of doubt, any disputes raised thereafter shall not be entertained.

13. Termination

13.1
The Customer may elect to terminate the Subscription at any time by providing a written notice to iMotorbike.
13.2
Notwithstanding such termination, the annual Subscription fee of RM 99 is strictly non-refundable, in whole or in part, regardless of the date of termination or level of service usage.
13.3
Upon termination, any and all associated entitlements, including access to the Services and benefits, shall be deemed forfeited with immediate effect, and no future claims shall be entertained.
13.4
Notwithstanding Clause 13.3, iMotorbike shall always be entitled for any cost of parts or materials installed or utilized antecedent to the respective termination of the Subscription.

14. Amendments to Terms

14.1
iMotorbike reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time, at its sole discretion.
14.2
Any updates will be notified via the Customer's registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the Subscription after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
15.2
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
