The big news went live and Mahindra Motors has acquired the UK company BSA, a 4.1 Million usd deal. The company has not been producing motorbikes since 1970s. The 1st motorbike produced by Birmingham Small Arms Company is dated of 1910 and at certain point in history it reached the status of largest motorcycle producer in the world. The brand BSA gives a huge bandwidth of business to Mahindra that comes with the very noble social status as a cherry on top of the cake.
